PPHI Balochistan Midwifery Induction, Training & Employment Program 2026

People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan has officially announced its Midwifery Induction, Training & Employment Program 2026. Applications are invited from eligible matric-pass female candidates residing near the catchment areas of designated Basic Health Units (BHUs) across 38 districts of Balochistan.

This program offers a fully funded 2-year Community Midwifery (CMW) training course at Khui Goth Karachi, followed by a mandatory 3-year employment contract at the candidates’ parent BHUs.

Key Program Benefits

• 100% Free Training: PPHI Balochistan will cover all expenses, including course/tuition fees, Midwifery School fees, and Nursing Board registration/examination fees.

• Additional Facilities: Free academic support services, stationery material, uniform, food, and comfortable accommodation.

• Travel Allowance: Transportation for clinical postings and a travel allowance to visit home up to three times a year.

• Monthly Stipend: Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/- during the training period.

• Guaranteed Employment: Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be appointed at their respective BHUs for a mandatory service period of at least 3 years.

Eligibility Criteria

• Gender: Female candidates only.

• Education: Matriculation (preferably in Science) from a recognized board with at least 40% marks.

• Age Limit: 18 to 40 years.

• Residency: Must be a permanent resident of the respective district/area listed in the official advertisement.

Required Documents

1. Matric Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet

2. Local / Domicile Certificate (PRC)

3. Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Form-B copy

4. Four (04) recent passport-size photographs
