School Leaving Certificate and Admission Form for Balochistan Schools

Admission forms and school leaving certificates have been compiled and printed on various designs and formats in Balcohistan government schools across the province and are still in use. But from time to time confusion arises due to their inconsistencies. Due to this students and parents have been found complaining many times.

Therefore, keeping in view the above facts, the Admission Forms and School Leaving Certificates have been designed by the Director of Education Balochistan (Schools).

Strict implementation of School Admission Certificate and School Leaving Certificate by the Director Education Schools to all District Education Officers in Balochistan. While at the student ID school level and to implement new admission forms and school leaving certificates, the cluster heads have been directed to bring the required forms from the cluster budget and provide them to the schools so that the student tracking system can be implemented.
